Three Forks is excited
to bring a unique blend of Northwest and Pan-Asian cuisine to their
first permanent location. Started by college students who spent
their free hours experimenting in the kitchen,
Three Forks struck on the concept of providing the freshest local
ingredients wok-fried to order on the spot. With an arc-welder
and an excess of enterprise, the first of the Three Forks Flaming
Wok food booths was built. The initial success of the cart at Willamette
and Broadway, which the Eugene Weekly lauded as the “perfect downtown
lunch stop,” soon
expanded to three independent set-ups serving local events and
festivals. Demand for Three Forks food became so great the owners
expanded into full service catering, broadening their offerings
into a comprehensive gourmet menu. Now, Three Forks is pleased
to bring their fresh Northwest Wok and Grill to South Eugene .
Three Forks operates off of two fundamental principles:
drawing on the freshest local ingredients possible, and letting the
customer choose what particular combinations and flavors they desire.
The menu is based on these ideas and offers a variety of made-to-order,
customizable options. Our menu items are completely vegan unless meat
is added to the entrée. The basis of Three Forks is the Wok
and Grill, which allows customers to pair their wok creations with
a flame-grilled selection to create their perfect lunch or dinner.
