Catering Menu

Before Three Forks was a restaurant, Three Forks Catering was serving up Northwest and Asian inspired fare at everything from full service weddings to simple yet delicious business lunches. The catering menu, created by founder Travis McMahon, is what put Three Forks on the Eugene culinary map. The Three Forks Wok and Grill restaurants are just one illustration of our simple philosophy: start with fresh ingredients, and execute with simple elegance.

Catering requires a little more planning and lead time than ordering online from our restaurant menu. Orders placed on our online catering menu should be considered as estimates for a menu plan, and don’t include other parts of catering service such as labor and rentals. Getting all the details just right is of utmost importance in catering, so confirmation by phone and/or email is required before any order should be considered as definite. Not all dates are available, and depending on the size of the order and availability of our kitchen, may require more or less lead time. However, we promise to get back to you within 24 hours, 7 days a week, to confirm and set up any orders. Deposit may be required. For orders over $250, paper and plastic service, local delivery, and buffet setup and cleanup is included in the cost of food. A $25 delivery/setup fee will be added for all orders under $250, and 15% gratuity will be levied for all delivered orders (10% gratuity for pickup orders). Service and Labor

Bussing and Service Labor: $16/hr per server.

China Service: Three Forks has a limited supply of serviceware. In house china service, if available, starts at $2.00/person for plates and flatware. We also can work with the rental company of your choice, and deal with all aspects of china service, which will be billed at our hourly service rate.

Linens: Many linen colors are available in for different table sizes and settings, at $7.00/linen.
