Consider the Hippie Bowl, a heap of organic greens topping a steaming stir-fry of fresh vegetables and whole-grain Jasmine rice. You can get it vegan with organic tempeh or tofu, or finish it with steak, duck, chicken, ribs, or seared ahi. With prices ranging from 4.95-9.95 for small size bowls and 5.95-13.95 for the large, an option exists for every budget and appetite.

Three Forks was created by a young couple and their best friend, an area chef, in April 2006. They shared a passion for good, fresh, local food. The concept was simple: big flavors and high-quality ingredients, at the sort of place you'd leave satisfied and could afford to come again tomorrow.
